We had many products announced during the Nintendo Direct for Zelda, ranging from simpler content, like wallpapers with new animations for Nintendo Today!, to a card collection that will be distributed by Panini.
In this event, Nintendo demonstrated not only a greater investment in collectible and licensed products from one of its most important brands but also a possible attempt to reach a new and younger audience.
New animations on Nintendo Today!
The announcement of new products began with visual cosmetics for the Nintendo Today! app. The app functions as a calendar, features quizzes, and allows interactions about the company's games. In addition to organizing important dates, it offers unique visuals based on the chosen theme.
The app has various themes, but the focus of this Direct was on additional wallpapers themed around Zelda. From what we could see, this update will bring images in multiple styles, from artwork of older titles to animations from the latest games and possibly the new release.
The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store. To use the free service, you just need a Nintendo account and an internet connection.

Digital Card Collection
Another announcement for a digital product was the collectible cards, also linked to the Nintendo Today! app. The idea presented is that starting September 9, 2026, users can redeem one card per day, building a collection of special numbered cards. A total of over 300 cards was announced (likely 365), as it was mentioned during the event that we would have franchise updates between September 9, 2026, and the same date in 2027, celebrating Zelda's 40th anniversary.
The redemption works as follows: when accessing the app, there will be a tab with a virtual pack that can be opened to obtain the card of the day. It will be only one per day; if you miss the redemption at any point, you won't be able to open two packs the following day to recover the previous one.
Upon opening each pack, the user will need to answer a quiz related to the image. By answering correctly, you earn a commemorative coin, which can be used to redeem a card you missed or an exclusive wallpaper, costing between 10 and 40 coins, depending on the item.

Official Nintendo Museum Book Vol. 02
The second volume of the official Nintendo Museum book in Kyoto was announced. The cover features an 8-bit image of Link made up of several smaller photos, creating, "bit" by "bit," the classic look of the character. This edition will celebrate Zelda's 40th anniversary. Although there isn't much information about the entire content yet, it is known that the work will serve as an official guide highlighting the museum's exhibitions, bringing articles and special content focused on the franchise.
The book will be sold at the museum starting November 5, 2026, the same release date as the game. It will be available in Japanese and English, with a limit of one unit per visitor.

New amiibo
A new amiibo focused on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was announced: Mineru. This beautiful collectible features a miniature figure of the Construct and will interact with the game.
By scanning it via NFC, the amiibo unlocks an exclusive fabric for Link's Paraglider, inspired by the Zonai aesthetic and Mineru herself. Additionally, scanning the figure grants a chest with Zonai weapons, parts, and Zonai Charges.

Ocarina of Time
In celebration of the Ocarina of Time remake, two collectible replicas of the iconic instrument from the game were announced: the Ocarina of Time sold by Nintendo itself and an electronic version licensed by Hori.
Unlike older toy or plastic versions, the ocarina sold directly in the Nintendo store will be made of handcrafted glazed ceramic, with a blue finish and Triforce details painted in gold on the mouthpiece. It is a functional instrument with 12 holes, allowing you to play both the game's music and real melodies.
The electronic ocarina features lights and original sounds from the Nintendo 64 game recorded in memory. Even though it is an item aimed at collectors, it is well-crafted in detail and painting, delivering a beautiful and faithful appearance.
There is still no information about the official sale of these ocarinas in Brazil.

New LEGO
Previously, we had two LEGO versions from the Zelda franchise — one primarily focused on Ocarina of Time, showcasing the Deku Tree inside and out, as well as depicting the final battle between Link and Ganon. Now, the proposal for the new set is different.
The new LEGO features a composition with Link and Epona: he appears in his classic pose, with shield and sword in hand, while Epona rears up on her hind legs, reminiscent of one of the images shown in the game's trailer.

Hasbro Action Figures
Something that had already been shown on social media but still appeared at the event were the Hasbro action figures inspired by the latest main game in the franchise, Tears of the Kingdom. The line features Zelda, Link, and Ganondorf as highlights, with articulations, detailed visuals of clothing, and accessories like swords and shields, all approximately 15 cm tall.
Another toy made by Hasbro will be an electronic Master Sword, approximately 68 cm long. As an interactive replica, it features 15 sound effects and lighting activated by touch or movement.

Puzzle
A partnership with the brand HUZZLE was also announced for the launch of a cast iron puzzle — a different style of challenge for the West, but very common in the East, especially in Japan. In it, you need to separate the pieces using logic, mechanics, and tactile skills to solve the puzzle.
The product will be sold in two versions: one colorful, with the Sword and Shield in their original colors, and another gold-plated, with a look reminiscent of the golden tone of the Triforce.

Licensed Cards
From what we know so far, it will be a collection of physical collectible cards, and not a TCG-style game, resembling the cards announced on Nintendo Today!
Products such as Booster Boxes, packs, and a collector's album will be sold, all featuring the visual of the Zelda franchise. The collection will be distributed in Europe and Latin America, and we have confirmation from Panini itself about the arrival of the products in Brazil.
